Garden Fever 2013: Your Space, Your Design, Your Garden

The holidays are clearly behind us, and though it’s freezing cold right now, gardening season will be here soon.  (Have faith.)  I’m already busy scheduling garden writing projects and penciling in upcoming workshops that I’ll be attending.  Here’s a workshop scoop that I wanted to make sure to share with you.

Save the Date!

IMG_0009Get your calendars out and draw a huge star on April 6th because that’s when Julie Moir Messervy will be coming to Chaska, Minnesota and you really don’t want to miss it!  Julie is this year’s keynote speaker for Garden Fever, one of Minnesota’s most delightful gardening workshops.  (Garden Fever is presented by the University of Minnesota Extension Carver Scott County Master Gardeners and will be held at the Oak Ridge Conference Center.  More registration details later.) If you haven’t had the opportunity to attend before, then this is the year you’ve been waiting for.  Not only will Julie be talking from her newest book, Home Outside: Creating the Landscape You Love, the entire day will be all about YOU!  The theme Your Space, Your Design, Your Garden will be integrated into all 11 breakout sessions.  You’ll leave bursting with ideas and plans!  If that isn’t enough to get you there, then know that the food will be awesome….an all-you-can eat buffet of soup, salad, sandwiches, and dessert bar….I’m pretty sure that means chocolate!

I’ll let you know where and when you can register as those details become available.
